FAQ's

Client Portal / New Clients:

Please click on the Client Portal tab to place an order and retrieve invoices.
- For new clients, your account can be setup within 24 hours of your form being submitted online - the form will be processed and a company representative will be in touch with you.
Out of stock/Refunds:
Unfortunately from time to time there may be out of stocks, you will receive a notification to your preferred point of contact on the same day you order and we will work with you to confirm a top up delivery date for your alcohol/beverage requirements.
Payments/Refunds:
We accept Eftpos and all Credit Card Payments, with a functionality built into our online portal. If credit notes and refunds need to be issued, they will be issued immediately.
